Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched for shipment, whichever occurs earlier.

  • To initiate a cancellation request, you must contact our customer support team through the provided email support channel.
  • If your order qualifies for cancellation, the full payment amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing generally takes approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after the allowed cancellation window or after shipment processing may not be accepted.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. However, after receiving the product, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable eligibility conditions and guidelines.

Order Modification

At present, we do not support modifications to confirmed orders, including changes to gift items, quantities, delivery addresses, or contact details after the order has been successfully placed. If you wish to make changes, you will need to cancel the existing order (if eligible for cancellation) and place a new order with the updated information.
